On the way back via Stara Pokljuka, you will also encounter more examples of distinctive traditional architecture, where you will certainly be impressed by the configuration and design of the otherwise abandoned Figovec Homestead.
And when returning via Zatrnik, you cannot miss the always beautifully tended Podgošar Homestead.
Both the homesteads are typical representatives of the traditional Upper Carniolan homestead configuration, with an enfolded concept of living quarters and farming outbuildings.
